How do I place an order?

Simply fill out the form above to get started.  You may also call us at 408-930-0207 or email us to place an order.  sweetlunadesserts@gmail.com  We will get back to you with a confirmation of your order or questions regarding your order during our normal office hours.  Our office hours are Tuesday through Friday from 10am-3pm.

When should I place an order for my event?

Cake bites and cake pops are made to order so you receive them at their freshest.

Please be sure to place your order at least one week before the event date or sooner. 

There are times when we may be able to accomodate a small order on short notice.  Email us to find out if that option is available to you.  Flavors may be limited to what is available.

Where are you located?  Do you have a storefront?

All of our products are made in a licensed commercial kitchen in Campbell.  We currently do not have a retail location.  All orders may be picked up from my home in West San Jose or large orders may be delivered for a small fee.

Here are some things you may want to consider before placing your order.

Would you like cake bitesor cake pops?

What flavor(s) would you like and how many of each? (1 doz minimum per flavor)

Would you like them to be decorated in their classic design or do you have special colors or a theme that you would like to incorporate?

When do you need them by?

Please include your phone number in case we have any questions.

Do you deliver?

We only deliver orders over 5 dozen.  Otherwise pickup is the only option available at this time.  Delivery and setup are available for an additional charge.  Delivery is only available in the greater San Jose area.  Please contact us if you are unsure about your area. 

Do you ship your products?

We do have shipping available for individually wrapped cake bites and cake pops only.

Creative Cake Bites is not responsible for any damage incured to your order during the shipping process or due to our products being left unattended at their final destination.
